Interactive demo with synthetic data. This environment demonstrates Terra PPC workflows using synthetic advertising, seller-business, financial and economics data. Actions remain inside this demo and are not sent to Amazon or any external advertising or selling account.
Terra PPC Product Review Guide
A guided walkthrough of Terra PPC’s synthetic advertising, seller-business, automation, and AI/MCP workflows.
This guide is provided to make the product’s intended use cases and data requirements easier to review. It does not represent Amazon approval or production API access.

Progress is saved with the synthetic demo state in this browser.
1. Review Advertising Performance
Review campaign-level Spend, Ad-attributed Sales, ACoS, ROAS, Target ACoS, Break-even ACoS and automation mode. Then see which search terms burn money, which are worth scaling and which reach the account through several campaigns, and compare two periods to see what changed and why.
Amazon Ads API use case: campaign analytics2. Test Controlled Automation
Run an evaluation in the synthetic environment. Review mode creates recommendations while Auto mode applies eligible simulated actions only after scope, rule, conflict and guardrail checks.
Select Discovery — Auto, choose Run Evaluation, then open Recommendations.
Amazon Ads API use case: bid and budget workflows3. Review Seller Profitability Context
Review Seller Revenue, Amazon fees, refunds, advertising spend and customer-configured economics with visible data provenance.
Select a waterfall bar to see its source, definition and whether it is included in the calculation.

Review synthetic fees, refunds, adjustments, reimbursements and settlement reconciliation.
Role evidence: Finance and AccountingIntended role: Finance and Accounting5. Inspect Inventory & FBA
Review FBA inventory states and change inventory to observe how an inventory guard can block an advertising scale recommendation. Set an advertised product to 0 units and the Account Health Check ranks it as a critical finding, with the evidence.
Choose “Low-stock scenario” (Black Gift Boxes → about 3.1 days of cover), then preview or run the Budget Scale rule: the scale action is held by the Inventory Guard.

Review synthetic seller sales, traffic, product and search behavior alongside clearly separate advertising metrics.

Review synthetic listing state and fee-planning context used in profitability and advertising guardrails.
Role evidence: Product ListingIntended role: Product Listing8. Review Authorization & Least Privilege
Review the intended Ads/SP-API data map, enabled roles, data purpose, PII status and minimum-access approach.

Ask the suggested prompts in order and compare the responses.
- First: scoped analytical response.
- Second: guardrailed proposal, not direct unrestricted execution.

13 stepsFollow one supplier cost increase from the COGS module through P&L, break-even and the automation guards to the Review queue and the audit trail, then the advertising, safety and governance modules. Everything stays in this browser.
1. Start at the Action Center
See what needs attention in Terra Home / US, grouped as risk, efficiency, growth and maintenance. Every item links to the page that acts on it.
- Amounts are measured values of the period, never projected savings.
- No item carries a score of certainty.
2. Add a supplier cost increase
On COGS, add a cost version for DEMO-LG-001: a landed cost of $13.93 instead of $12.44, effective today. Read the impact preview before saving.
- Break-even ACoS of the campaigns that sell the product falls.
- The preview shows which scale proposals would be held.
3. Follow the cost through history
COGS History keeps every version: the new one is added, nothing is overwritten. The causal trace shows supplier cost → COGS share → break-even → ACoS → risk → scale decision → review → audit.
- The previous version stays in the history.
- The trace marks scaling as held when ACoS is now above break-even.
4. See FIFO cost layers
Cost Layers shows the purchase layers of DEMO-BGX-001: sales consume the oldest layer first, so a newer, more expensive layer changes COGS only when its units start selling.
- Units on hand in layers are compared with the FBA inventory record.
5. Read P&L by cost period and regime
P&L by Cost Period splits profit by the cost each sale carried; Cost & Price Regimes separates a price effect from a cost effect.
- The cost periods add up to the Profitability totals of the same period.
6. Returns and indirect expenses
Returns subtracts refunds once and shows the cost of units that cannot be resold; Indirect Expenses shows contribution, modeled net profit and fully allocated modeled profit.
- Refunds are never counted twice.
- Every profit figure is labelled modeled, not accounting.
7. Dry-run the Execution Planner
The Execution Planner shows the 18 steps of the next cycle: scope, data access, data readiness, entity status, circuit breaker, inventory, listing and margin safety, placement, base bid, budget, hourly, harvest and negatives, conflict resolver, global guardrails, mode, action and audit.
- After the cost increase, a scale action on the affected campaign stops at Margin safety (Cost Increase Guard).
8. Run an evaluation and review the cost
Run an evaluation, then open Recommendations → Business reviews. The cycle queued a cost review with a checklist; marking it reviewed records the review and changes nothing in the advertising account.
- The review item names the product, the cost change and the held action.
9. Placements and the Hourly Optimizer
Placement and hourly proposals run the business guardrails before they can be applied or sent to review. Hourly data is a synthetic hourly model.
- A held proposal cannot be applied or queued; the guard reason is shown.
10. Plan and reallocate budget
The Budget Planner compares planned and actual monthly pacing and proposes a reallocation only when the recipient is budget-limited, efficient, in stock, listed and within break-even.
- A reallocation never raises the total daily budget.
11. N-grams, the funnel and the architect
Negate a waste pattern on N-Gram Analysis, promote a discovery search term on the Campaign Funnel, and preview a structure on the Campaign Architect.
- A phrase negative warns when it would also block converting search terms.
12. Trip and reset the circuit breaker
On Safety, turn on the stale-data simulation and advance one day: the breaker trips and Auto actions go to the Review queue. Reset it with a note, try the emergency controls and revert the last automation cycle.
- While tripped, nothing is applied automatically.
- Emergency changes ask for confirmation and are logged.
13. Strategies, versions and the audit trail
Publish a strategy change, compare it with the previous version and restore it; then inspect the Change Log, where source (who) and mode (governance) are kept separate and safe changes can be undone.
- A restore is recorded as a new version; earlier versions stay in the history.
