Request deletion of Terra PPC data

You can ask ĐT ORGANIC COMPANY LIMITED to delete data associated with your Terra PPC account or with an Amazon account you connected. This page explains how a request is handled.

How a request is handled

Six steps, in order. No step is skipped, and no request deletes data for an account you are not authorized to act for.

    Submit a request

    Use the contact form with the Data Deletion topic, or the privacy mailbox if one is listed on this page.

  2. 2

    Identify the account

    Provide enough information to identify the data — your organization, the Amazon seller or advertising accounts you connected, and the marketplaces involved. Never send passwords.

  3. 3

    Verification

    Terra PPC may verify that you are authorized to act for the account before acting on the request.

  4. 4

    Scope review

    The request scope is reviewed: one connected account, specific marketplaces, a user profile, or a whole organization.

  5. 5

    Deletion or de-identification

    Eligible data is deleted or de-identified according to applicable requirements and operational procedures.

  6. 6

    Limited retention

    Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or contractual obligations.

What you can ask us to delete

A request can cover any of the following, depending on your relationship with Terra PPC.

  • Messages and details you sent through the contact form
  • User account information for people in your organization
  • Advertising data received through an advertising authorization
  • Seller-business data received through an SP-API seller authorization
  • Business inputs you configured, such as COGS, other costs, margins and targets
  • AI/MCP request history, where that functionality was enabled

What to include

Enough to find the right data — nothing more.

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your organization or company name
  • The seller or advertising account names or identifiers you connected
  • The marketplaces the request covers, or “all”
  • Whether you also want the account disconnected

Do not include passwords, authorization codes or tokens. Terra PPC never needs them to process a request.

Revoking Amazon authorization

Revoking and deleting are different actions, and advertising and seller authorizations are revoked separately. You can do all of them.

Revocation of advertising authorization
Stops Terra PPC obtaining new advertising data through that connection.
Revocation of seller authorization
Stops Terra PPC obtaining new seller-business data through that SP-API authorization.
A deletion request
Asks Terra PPC to delete or de-identify data it already holds. It remains a separate process.
Conceptual data lifecycle: Authorize: The customer grants advertising and seller authorization on Amazon — separately. Use: Only the fields enabled functionality needs, inside the authorized scope. Retain: Kept only as long as enabled functionality and the customer relationship need it. Revoke: Either authorization can be revoked on its own. Delete: A deletion request is verified and scoped, then eligible data is deleted or de-identified. Limited retention: Only records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. Revoking advertising authorization stops new advertising data; revoking seller authorization stops new seller-business data; a deletion request is a separate process.
